Welcome to my travel blog!

about me

I started this space for a simple reason – I have terrible memory.

I wanted somewhere to capture the places I’ve been, the things I’ve eaten, and the experiences I don’t want to forget. Over time, it became something more practical too. My friends were constantly asking me for itineraries and recommendations, so I figured I’d put everything in one place and just send them here.

I’m a Korean, raised and living in Sydney, Australia. Growing up I didn’t travel much at all. But that changed when I took a gap semester during university to live in Seoul, South Korea – back at my home country which I had very little memory of. During this time I got the chance to work at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics and having spent most of my life in Australia, that experience completely rewired my brain and sparked a love for travelling.

Just as I was entering my “adult” phase—working, earning my own money, and finally having the freedom to travel more—COVID hit, and everything paused again. Since then, I’ve made it a priority to travel whenever I can, even if it’s just a quick getaway.

Like most people, I only get a limited amount of annual leave each year so I want every trip to count.
I love travelling efficiently – fitting in the must-see sights, trying the local food, finding experiences that are genuinely worth your time, and making the most of every day without feeling rushed. That’s the mindset behind OH! SHE GOES: making every opportunity to travel count, no matter how much time you have.

This blog is where I share detailed itineraries, honest recommendations, practical travel tips, and the lessons I’ve learnt along the way to help you spend less time researching and more time exploring.

And if you’re here because I sent you a link instead of typing everything out… you’re welcome x
